Changed to Freelance Contract Template

I wanted to open this up beyond the TTRPG space, so I've altered the title, edited some of the contract language and included a Transfer of Rights section to make it easier to notate when commercial use, ownership or copyright (or other rights) get involved in your freelance work. Hopefully this helps!
